Promotion to Executive Vice President Expands ComFrame Technology Leadership for Clients in the Southeast and Central Regions of the United States

BIRMINGHAM, AL – October 7, 2009 – ComFrame Software Corporation, a leading provider of technology strategy and custom software development services for companies across the southeastern and central United States, today announced the promotion of Debra Hays to Executive Vice President of Business Strategy and Development. In her new role, Hays will be responsible for spearheading business strategy, marketing and strategic alliances for all of ComFrame.

In her eight-year tenure at ComFrame, Hays has been instrumental in helping the company grow its project and product management processes, as well as working closely with regional Microsoft executives to extend ComFrame’s Microsoft partner relationship. Hays has served in various leadership roles during her ComFrame career, including project manager, area director, vice president of products, and senior vice president in charge of company growth. Her focus has been to help ComFrame clients gain greater efficiencies through new applications, services and global delivery in the areas of business intelligence, enterprise data management, collaboration and knowledge management, user experience engineering, service-oriented architectures and other solution areas.

Hays has more than fifteen years of experience in information technology operations and sales. She holds a B.S. degree in Finance from The University of Tennessee. Hays is a board member of the Nashville Technology Council and is actively involved with the Birmingham Business Alliance.
