ComFrame Executive Vice President Puts Strategic IT Experience to Work to Support Middle Tennessee
Technology Growth

 

BIRMINGHAM, AL – October 15, 2009 – ComFrame Software Corporation, a leading provider of technology strategy and custom software development services for companies across the southeastern and central United States, today announced that Debra Hays has been named to the Nashville Technology Council (NTC) Board of Directors. In this role, Hays will work closely with fellow NTC board members and member organizations to support the growth of technology businesses in Middle Tennessee.

An affiliate of the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce, the NTC currently has more than 350 member organizations, including technology companies, technology employers, service providers, educational institutions and non-profit companies. The organization sponsors programs and events that include technology roundtables, educational initiatives, annual technology conferences, a technology job bank and other activities that benefit Nashville’s technology community.

As Executive Vice President for ComFrame, Hays works with company leadership teams to develop information strategy and achieve greater alignment between business and IT. In addition to industry experience in banking, utilities and healthcare, Hays has spent the last seven years in strategic consulting, working with ComFrame clients that include HealthSouth, Baptist Health Systems of Alabama, HealthStream, Kentucky Farm Bureau, Awarix, Employment Screening Services and other clients to develop Web, product and business strategies that directly impact revenue generation and expense control.

Hays is currently a member of the Application Platform Partner Advisory Committee of Microsoft Corporation, a group of 30 executives from across the United States and Europe that work with Microsoft leaders to properly position the application platform technologies, including the Nextgenweb intiatives. In 2005, Hays was named one of the top 40 business leaders under 40 years old in Birmingham.
