| JOB DESCRIPTION |
| Analyze, design, construct, test and deploy leading edge software in the commercial and government environments; design and implement multi-tiered software solutions; take directions from a software architect as needed and implement recommendations; make sound design and implementation decisions independently when required; interact with the project manager and users to ensure the quality and success of the project; mentor less experienced people on the team and lead small workgroups; actively promote project team building and motivation and strongly pursue continuing education and independent study (e.g. certifications, user groups, publications, etc.) as necessary. |

| EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS |
- This position requires extensive knowledge and programming experience with .Net technologies.
- Must have 3+ years experience in C# and ASP.Net development.
- Must have strong experience working with SQL Server, SQL, T-SQL, and OO (Object Oriented Concepts).
- Must have experience developing web-based applications.

- Applicant must live in or be willing to relocate to Nashville, TN.

| EDUCATION |
Master’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related field. |
