| JOB DESCRIPTION |
| Analyze, design, construct, test and deploy leading edge software in the commercial and government environments; design and implement multi-tiered software solutions; take directions from a software architect as needed and implement recommendations; make sound design and implementation decisions independently when required; interact with the project manager and users to ensure the quality and success of the project; mentor less experienced people on the team and lead small workgroups; actively promote project team building and motivation and strongly pursue continuing education and independent study (e.g. certifications, user groups, publications, etc.) as necessary. |

| EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS |
-
C#, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, SQL Server, T-SQL, MS Reporting Services, SharePoint
- Must have 3-6+ years experience in the software development industry
- Must have 2+ years experience developing applications using C#, VB.Net and ASP.Net (Web and Windows-based applications)
- Must have experience with Microsoft's Reporting Services
- Must have SharePoint development experience
- Must have SQL Server backend coding experience
- Experience with T-SQL is highly desired
- Strong work ethic required
- Excellent communications skills both verbal and written required
- Must have a desire to grow in this position
