| JOB DESCRIPTION |
| Analyze, design, construct, test and deploy leading edge software in the commercial and government environments; design and implement multi-tiered software solutions; take directions from a software architect as needed and implement recommendations; make sound design and implementation decisions independently when required; interact with the project manager and users to ensure the quality and success of the project; mentor less experienced people on the team and lead small workgroups; actively promote project team building and motivation and strongly pursue continuing education and independent study (e.g. certifications, user groups, publications, etc.) as necessary. |

| EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS |
-
C#, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, SQL Server, T-SQL, MS Reporting Services.
- Must have 5-7+ years experience in the software development industry.
- Must have 3+ years experience developing applications using C# and ASP.Net (Web and Windows based applications).
- Must have experience with Microsoft's Reporting Services.
- Must have strong SQL Server backend coding experience.
- Experience with SQL 2000 notifications.
- Experience with T-SQL is highly desired.
- Strong work ethic required.
- Excellent communications skills both verbal and written required.
- Must have the desire to grow in their position.
