• Act as a technical lead for Enterprise Implementations of MOSS 2007.
• Able to design and deploy MOSS for all organizational sizes.
• Responsible for participating in sales and pre-sales activities as well as internal strategic planning efforts.

The ideal candidate must possess the following:

• Experience with enterprise design and deployment of MOSS 2007, Enterprise and Standard editions. Experience with WSS 3.0.
  
• 5 years of experience in the web development field with significant emphasis on Enterprise scale development activities.
  
• Technologies including Microsoft .NET and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server.
  
• Ability to communicate with technical and non technical client contacts at a high level.
  
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and documentation.
  
• Ability to either lead web projects or be a role player from inception to completion.
  
• Detail oriented with significant emphasis on the quality of work; motivated self-starter who will take initiative.
  
• Have strong analytical, written and verbal communications skills as well as strong presentation skills.
• Ability to mentor others on the team; is willing to be a member of a high performing technical team focused on the latest collaboration technologies and the methods needed to successfully apply to an enterprise.
  
• Consulting experience preferred.
  
• Certification in MOSS or SharePoint Services preferred.
