Comframe Software Corporation has an immediate opening for a permanent Quality Assurance (QA) Lead position available in Birmingham, Alabama.

• Experience in the creation of software testing plans
• Great attention to detail regarding software functionality and usability; Ability to use available software functions and tools to evaluate performance, reliability, bugs and other failures
• Ability to record detailed metrics and track the progress and outcomes of the testing process
• Ability to communicate effectively with software engineers regarding tested software; Ability to provide test status verbally and in writing, making recommendations, debugging failures and/or performing other tasks required by our client

• EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: BS degree

• EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 5+ years of quality assurance in software engineering; Experience with enterprise-level QA programs; Experience with MKS/ALM product with emphasis on QA best practices

• SKILLS/ABILITIES: Strong oral and written communication abilities; Solid analytical and technical skills; Able to use all related hardware and software

• Must be willing to contract to hire (with our client)
